New Jersey State residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

Our shipping charges include a handling fee which covers the cost of our packing materials.

All orders will be billed to your credit card once the parts are shipped by our dealership. All orders that ship and have backorders on them will be charged the entire amount of the order and items backordered will ship as we receive them.

OUR RETURN POLICY:

ALL ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT MUST BE CALLED INTO UPS WITHIN 48 HOURS! All returns must be called in for authorization within thirty(30) days of the billing date. You will be given an RMA number when you call in. They must be received by our store within two(2) weeks of that phone call. All "NEW" returns must be in saleable condition (if you ripped open the package or de-faced the packaging in any way you will not receive credit). All new returns are subject to a 10% handling fee. If you do not call in for an RMA# you risk having the item returned to you and starting the return process all over or being charged a 20% handling fee. If you call in for an RMA# you can use the 10% handling fee as a credit on future orders. It is your financial resposnibility to send back all new returns. All exchanges are subject to extra shipping charges. If you want a refund for a defective item you are financially responsible for shipping the item back. Defective items will be replaced(exchanged) at no extra charge. ALL SHIPMENTS THAT ARE REFUSED ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% HANDLING FEE. NO RETURN ON ELECTRICAL, PAINTED, OR SPECIAL ORDERED PARTS.

International orders: You are also responsible for any and all import taxes your country charges. We have a new policy for international shipments. We do our best to package all orders quickly and accurately. But on occasion we do make mistakes and items do get damaged and/or lost in transit. We are NOT responsible for any associated fees in repairing these problems. International customers are fully responsible for returning the wrong or broken part for credit. And also for us shipping the correct or unbroken part out a second time. All of our shipments are insured but it can take time to get these claims paid. You must wait for the claim to be settled before we will ship your replacement part out a second time.

Our international shipments are insured for up to $100.00 USD. Anything above and beyond is soley at the risk of the international customer.

We no longer ship USPS which means we can no longer ship to APO addresses. International customers will be emailed with the appropriate shipping charges. We will not process the order without your approval.

We try as hard as possible to provide pictures of our products but sometimes they are just not available. In such cases we may use pictures that are similar to the product. Wyckoff Chrysler is not responsible for mis-prints or typos on this site.

SHIPPING CHARGES CAN BE CALCULATED BY PLACING THE ITEMS YOU WANT IN YOUR BASKET AND THEN PUTTING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IN THE APPROPRIATE PLACE ON OUR ORDER FORM. THIS CAN BE DONE WITHOUT ACTUALLY PLACING THE ORDER.
